The North West Development Capital Fund was successfully launched this month. Supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) the £45m Development Capital Fund is one of six specialist funds totalling £185m, available for companies based in, or relocating to, the North West.
The North West Fund for Development Capital is managed by YFM Private Equity Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of YFM Equity Partners Limited.
Fund Highlights
- Invests from £100,000 to £2 million in North West SMEs
- Provides investment capital to support business expansion in circumstances where a business is already generating trading income and cash flow
- Covers a broad sector range
- Provides a range of equity based packages including mezzanine finance
