Register now for our in person training course on the new Data Protection rules (GDPR) which are coming into place in May 2018. This training will take place on Tuesday 5th September 10:00 – 12:30 and 13:30-16:00 in London.
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is replacing the existing UK Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) on 25th May 2018. The government has confirmed that the UK’s decision to leave the EU will not affect the commencement of GDPR. This course will be an opportunity to hear about the key differences that GDPR is introducing and what that means for organisations in practice. It will also cover implementing the GDPR at the firm level.
Attending this course will help prepare responsible finance providers for the transition to the GDPR, and is a chance to share best practices around data usage and storage, as well as transparency with the customer about how their data is used.
The training will be delivered by compliance consultants TCC, who have a GDPR practice area so have a good understanding of the key considerations for firms.
The special member rate of attending the training is £450.00 + VAT.
Attendees will receive CPD hours for attending.
